Our Story

In the vibrant energy of Austin, Texas, two separate paths, each leading from different beginnings, were about to intertwine. Conor, who brought his East Coast roots from Oakland, New Jersey, and a passion for sports nurtured at the University of South Carolina, found himself in this dynamic city. Simultaneously, Satara, whose journey spanned the landscapes of Missouri and Colorado and whose intellect flourished at the University of Colorado, also called Austin home. It was during a casual night out, facilitated by the serendipity of mutual friends, that their worlds gently collided. An undeniable spark ignited, drawing them together with an ease that felt both unexpected and meant to be. Within weeks, a deep connection had formed, and they became an inseparable pair. Approximately a year and a half later, against the familiar and cherished backdrop of Hilton Head Island, Conor asked Satara to embark on forever with him. Their shared life is woven with a love for the simple pleasures, the joy of creating and savoring delicious food, and a mutual desire to explore. Their first adventure as a couple was a sweet trip to Fredericksburg, planned practically after the first date, followed by memorable journeys to London and visits to their respective hometowns. Today, they've built a life together in New York City with their beloved cat, Sage. They are so excited and can't wait for you to witness their love as they say "I do."
